"Is anyone answering phones in Sunderland?"

I am trying to contact tourist information regarding parking for a concert at Stadium of Light.

Information websites are confusing and conflicting. The Stadium of Light website sends you to a '404 page error' when a link is chosen. As a last resort, I tried Tourist information but the telephone numbers are dead and your call goes nowhere.

I guess there'll probably be no one to respond or even read these posts!

Come on! If you want to host events and have people travel to your city, don't make it hard for them and shroud yourselves in secrecy..
