"Poor management"

I was in the takeaway ordering food and saw the kitchen staff or owner come out shouting at the poor counter girls and slammed the kitchen door. That’s horrible. Feel sorry for the counter girls. Their food is tasty but after witnessing how the staffs been treated I don’t think I will want to go back. They need to treat staff better because they work hard in the front non stop..
