"They don't honour their guarantees"

I had thought the owners of Ideal were professional and reliable but am now disappointed to find that this is not the case. They don’t honour their guarantees. Over 6 months after reporting slipped tiles on the sides of 3 of my dormers, and acknowledgement of the fault by Ideal, various promises from them to do the repair, and many attempts by me to seek information from them, my tiles remain out of place..
