"Disapointment"

On July 3rd last I rang to request a list of self catering establishments. To date I had had no response. To day (July 10th) I rang the number provided on your web site to learn it was not available. I am anxious to spend a week in Sunderland this September (4th to 9th) may I again as for such a list?
