"Useless"

Turned up to play tennis tonight for 2 hours - court was booked earlier this week - only to be turned away at the entrance to the car park as there is an awards night on. I have bust a gut travelling up from York to play tonight and can't tell you how upset and angry I am that it has been cancelled. Surely we should have been told this when we booked the court..
